Debris Removal Provision
Definition
- A provision available as a part of a property insurance policy that reimburses the policyholder for the cleanup costs involved with property damages. The debris removal provision generally only covers debris associated with an insured peril, for example, damaged furniture and scraps of burnt wood after a fire.
